More than 100,000 Oregonians

Earlier this year, Republicans made massive cuts to Medicaid in their Big Ugly Bill. Health care providers, hospitals, and clinics call it "catastrophic." And now, Republicans are trying to cause further harm by significantly raising the cost of insurance for people who get their coverage through the Affordable Care Act marketplace.

That means millions of people across the country, including more than 100,000 Oregonians, will spend significantly more for healthcare.

Many constituents have told me that they're worried about these huge price increases. Some are getting notices that their increase will be hundreds of dollars a month.

Many people just can't make their budget stretch that far. But Republicans don't care.

I'm taking a stand against skyrocketing premiums and saying no to a budget that favors billionaires over people like you. Thank you for being in this fight with me.
