An update on the fight to protect our democracy

Here’s some big news: our For the People Act has passed the U.S. House.

It's time to secure our elections, expose dark money, strengthen ethics rules, and expand voting rights.

Our next big challenge? We need to get this effort through the U.S. Senate.

Why? Because our democratic republic is at stake.

Donald Trump keeps repeating the lie that the election was rigged against him. And now his allies across the country are trying to roll back voting rights and make it harder for citizens to vote.

The attacks on our elections are going to continue and get worse unless we take action now.

That's why our For the People Act is so important, and why I’m working hard to get it signed into law.
